Managing Director
Jenny is the Managing Director of Credit Management Group UK, with over 30 years’ experience in credit management, working in construction then in national recruitment and global manufacturing sectors before setting up the company in 2003. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and former Chair of the Merseyside and North Wales branch of the CICM, since setting up CMG UK Jenny has delivered cash flow solutions to a large client portfolio of both SMEs, national and global businesses with turnovers from £50k to £300m.
Stephen Jones ACICM
Senior Credit Manager
Stephen deals with all aspects of our client sector and has a direct responsibility for looking after individual customer accounts. He is also involved in the continuous improvement of our internal quality systems and process to improve efficiencies and improve our delivery to our clients and their customers. Stephen is part qualified with the CICM and is now studying for higher level qualifications.
