New Commercial Awareness Training course book NOW for February 20% discount
Based on feedback we have received we have recently developed a 2nd course to follow on from our SELL out small claims courts live online training.
Part 2 has been named Commercial Awareness Training. This course is designed to equip delegates of basic contract law to help you be able to prove your claim should you need to resort to court action to get paid.
In our experience, if you can set out full details of your claim with the relevant contractual and legal basis showing that the debt is due for payment, and a settlement can be negotiated and court action can often be avoided.
We are running a session w/c 17th February 2025 and we wanted to offer an introductory offer of 20% off the course price if booked by the 12th February 2025.
