We have outsourced our credit management function to CMG UK for several years and see amazing results. Part of our business is as a subcontractor in the construction industry with the balance straight forward invoicing to purchase orders.
CMG UK assisted us greatly in the subcontract area, helping set up processes to ensure additional work wasn’t missed, applications were sent in the correct format with full back up to reduce under or delayed payment and were integral in negotiations in agree final accounts.

We have approximately 3,200 live accounts with a low average invoice value which made allocating receipts extremely time consuming with a high error rate.
